Soulful Eric (eric.nexradio.nl and this app) runs on the NexRadio platform. For now NexRadio is responsible for the data described below: NexRadio, Koninginneweg 11, 1217 KP Hilversum. Questions about privacy: support@nexradio.cloud.
What we process
- Listening. When you listen, our servers see your IP address and device type, as every web server does. We use this to deliver the stream and to count how many people listen. We do not build listener profiles.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message so we can reply.
- On your device. The app and the website store a few settings on your device (for example your language and recently played titles). You can remove these by clearing the site data or uninstalling the app.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers, no selling or renting of your data.
- No sharing of your data except with the providers that help us run the station (hosting and radio technology).
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and statistics. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer them. Ask us if you want something removed sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Email support@nexradio.cloud. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Soulful Eric (eric.nexradio.nl en deze app) draait op het NexRadio-platform. Voorlopig is NexRadio verantwoordelijk voor de gegevens hieronder: NexRadio, Koninginneweg 11, 1217 KP Hilversum. Vragen over privacy: support@nexradio.cloud.
Wat we verwerken
- Luisteren. Als je luistert zien onze servers je IP-adres en apparaattype, zoals elke webserver. Dat gebruiken we om de stream te leveren en te tellen hoeveel mensen luisteren. We maken geen luisteraarsprofielen.
- E-mail. Mail je ons, dan ontvangen we je e-mailadres en je bericht, zodat we kunnen antwoorden.
- Op je apparaat. De app en de website bewaren een paar instellingen op je apparaat (bijvoorbeeld je taal en de laatst gedraaide titels). Die verdwijnen als je de sitegegevens wist of de app verwijdert.
Wat we niet doen
- Geen advertentietrackers, geen verkoop of verhuur van je gegevens.
- Geen delen van je gegevens, behalve met de partijen die ons helpen de zender te draaien (hosting en radiotechniek).
Hoe lang we het bewaren
Serverlogs bewaren we beperkte tijd voor beveiliging en statistiek. E-mails bewaren we zolang nodig is om ze te beantwoorden. Wil je dat iets eerder weg is, vraag het ons.
Je rechten
Je kunt ons vragen je gegevens in te zien, te verbeteren of te wissen, het gebruik te beperken of er bezwaar tegen te maken, en een kopie te krijgen. Mail support@nexradio.cloud. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Qué datos tratamos
- Escuchar. Cuando escuchas, nuestros servidores ven tu dirección IP y el tipo de dispositivo, como cualquier servidor web. Lo usamos para emitir la señal y contar cuántas personas escuchan. No creamos perfiles de oyentes.
- Correo electrónico. Si nos escribes, recibimos tu dirección y tu mensaje para poder contestarte.
- En tu dispositivo. La app y la web guardan algunos ajustes en tu dispositivo (por ejemplo, el idioma y los últimos títulos). Puedes borrarlos eliminando los datos del sitio o desinstalando la app.
Qué no hacemos
- Ni rastreadores publicitarios ni venta o alquiler de tus datos.
- No compartimos tus datos, salvo con los proveedores que nos ayudan a mantener la emisora (alojamiento y tecnología de radio).
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Los registros del servidor se guardan durante un tiempo limitado por seguridad y estadística. Los correos, el tiempo necesario para contestarlos. Si quieres que borremos algo antes, pídenoslo.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedirnos ver, corregir o borrar tus datos, limitar su uso u oponerte a él, y recibir una copia. Escríbenos a support@nexradio.cloud. También puedes reclamar ante la autoridad de protección de datos (en España, la AEPD).
