The Soulful Eric app and eric.nexradio.nl, provided via NexRadio, let you listen to our radio station. The service is provided as it is; we do our best to keep the stream running but cannot promise it is always available or free of interruptions.
Music and content
The music, names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. You may listen for personal use; you may not copy, rebroadcast or record the stream for distribution.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from use of, or the unavailability of, the app or the stream. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Met de Soulful Eric-app en eric.nexradio.nl, geleverd via NexRadio, luister je naar onze zender. De dienst wordt geleverd zoals hij is; we doen ons best de stream aan te houden maar kunnen niet beloven dat hij altijd beschikbaar of storingsvrij is.
Muziek en inhoud
De muziek, namen, logo's en beelden zijn van hun eigenaren. Je mag luisteren voor persoonlijk gebruik; je mag de stream niet kopiëren, doorzenden of opnemen om te verspreiden.
Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover de wet het toestaat zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor schade door gebruik of onbeschikbaarheid van de app of de stream. Wettelijke rechten die je als consument hebt, blijven gelden.

La app de Soulful Eric y eric.nexradio.nl, ofrecidas a través de NexRadio, te permiten escuchar nuestra emisora. El servicio se ofrece tal cual; hacemos lo posible por mantener la señal, pero no podemos garantizar que esté siempre disponible o sin interrupciones.
Música y contenidos
La música, los nombres, los logotipos y las imágenes pertenecen a sus propietarios. Puedes escuchar para uso personal; no puedes copiar, retransmitir ni grabar la señal para distribuirla.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de los daños derivados del uso o de la falta de disponibilidad de la app o de la señal. Nada de esto limita los derechos que tienes por ley como consumidor.
